ALAN FOX BIOGRAPHY

Alan is an experienced CPA/CVA. He dedicates his services to small and medium-size clients across a wide range of industries in the fields of public accounting and business consulting. Alan’s experience dates to 1970 and in November 2017, he joined Glass Jacobson as a principal in our firm. Alan looks forward to continuing to provide his expertise and professional services in personalized accounting, consulting and tax planning. Prior to working the firm, Alan was the senior member of his own firm known as Fox and Fiorino. He is a member of the American Institute and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Alan brings a results-driven approach to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals through all phases of the business and individual life cycles. He has experience with mergers and acquisitions and has brought sophisticated, innovative, and creative tax planning and advisory services to his clients. In addition, Alan has extensive experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service.

Alan is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a member of the Baltimore Colts Marching Band for many years and loves music of varied styles. Alan and his wife love to travel and have visited many places in the USA and the world. Alan volunteers his personal time as treasurer to The Police Assistance and Relief Fund of Baltimore County and to Faces of Valor, Inc. as a member of its board of directors.
