We are pleased to announce that Accounting Today has once again named Glass Jacobson in its 2020 list of top CPA Firms in the $100 Million Plus Club. You can view the entire list here (PDF).

This is the 14th annual 'Wealth Magnets' list in which Accounting Today ranks the leading CPA – wealth management firms in the country exclusively by regulatory assets under management. It is always an honor to be considered alongside other top firms who share our commitment to serving our clients' financial planning and wealth management needs.

Our Story Continues to Grow

We started our wealth management journey in 2001 by forming our team to respond to our clients' needs for building and protecting their wealth. Our initial focus was on helping clients suffering from weak guidance from ill-equipped brokers who failed to factor in costly tax implications of their investment management decisions. Our goal was to help our clients manage portfolio risk while minimizing all investment costs.

Since then, Glass Jacobson has continued to evolve into a full-service wealth management firm, bringing together the essential services of Investment Management, Advanced Planning, and Tax Planning to better serve our clients' ever-growing financial needs. The goal has been to provide our clients with well-coordinated, holistic financial advice to our clients.

More recently, we expanded the firm's strategic shift towards broader retirement plan services and business consulting to provide deeper integration of all our financial solutions for our business owner clients.

The Advantages of Working With a CPA-Wealth Management Firm

It is becoming clear to an increasing number of high-net-worth families and business owners that working with a CPA-wealth management firm has its advantages.

Greater Tax Efficiency

Tax-efficient investing is one of the most important building blocks to reaching long-term financial goals. Maximizing tax savings is what Glass Jacobson has excelled at since its founding in 1962. By combining our tax expertise with investment management, we increase our clients' likelihood of achieving their wealth management goals.

Goals-Based Investment Process

When it comes to planning and managing taxes, CPAs are incredibly process-oriented. We utilize that same orientation when helping our clients achieve their most important financial goals. It starts with a thorough assessment of your life goals and tolerance for risk. We then work with you to develop an investment strategy that instills confidence in your ability to achieve your life ambitions. More importantly, we continuously monitor your portfolio to ensure it remains aligned with your goals.

Long-Term Investment Perspective

The evidence clearly shows that investors who focus on the short-term movements of the market underperform investors who have a well-conceived long-term investment strategy. Not only is a long-term strategy more tax-efficient, but it also results in lower overall investment costs, which can be another impediment to building and protecting wealth.

The Fiduciary Standard

Having been certified with the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence, Glass Jacobson is recognized for its commitment to the highest fiduciary process for putting our clients' interests first.

We invite you to learn more about the advantages of our holistic and tax-efficient wealth-building strategy. Contact Glass Jacobson today for a free consultation.
