Randy Beeman

Randy Beeman has more than 24 years of experience managing financial assets for individuals, retirement plans and businesses. Randy joined YHB | Wealth Advisors in January of 2018 and served as the Director of Wealth Management. He became a Director at Glass Jacobson Wealth Advisors when the companies merged in 2022. He was a co-founder of the Wise Investor Group in Reston, Virginia and co-hosted The Wise Investor Show on WMAL 630 AM and 105.9 FM in Washington, D.C., and the Midweek Update podcast heard on iTunes. Randy was named to the list of Barron’s “Top 100 Financial Advisors” in the United States each year from 2009 to 2013. He is the co-author of Value Returns: Wise Investing for the Next Decade and Beyond.

Prior to entering the professional wealth management field, he enjoyed building entrepreneurial business ventures from start-up to eventual sale and providing accounting services for public and private firms. Randy received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and an MBA in finance from Shenandoah University.

Director of Retirement Plan Services at Glass Jacobson Wealth Advisors

Richard is the director of retirement plan services at Glass Jacobson. He brings more than 20 years of investment and retirement plan consulting experience to the team.

Prior to Glass Jacobson, Richard was the retirement business development officer at PNC Bank, where he worked directly with plan sponsors in the Greater Maryland and Central Pennsylvania markets. Richard also spent 13 years at T. Rowe Price in their U.S Intermediary Channel, where he supported many of their Bank and Insurance clients.

Richard earned his bachelor’s degree from Towson State (University) in economics & political science. He is an investment advisor representative and an accredited investment fiduciary.

In his spare time, Richard enjoys photography and is also involved with his children’s community theater organization in Annapolis, where he designs and builds sets for musicals and other various productions. He resides in Davidsonville with his wife and children and their rescue dog, Rosie.
