Melinda Manning Robinson, MBA, QKA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retirement planning and financial services. As the Manager of Retirement Plan Services at Glass Jacobson Wealth Advisors, she assists in helping individuals and companies navigate the complexities of retirement planning with confidence and clarity.

With 20 years of experience in the financial industry, she brings a wealth of expertise in retirement plan design, implementation, and administration. She serves as the retirement client contact to maintain existing and new client relationships. She manages client data, ushers clients through new plan onboarding and provides pertinent monthly and point-in-time reporting. She manages projects to improve daily operations to grow the retirement plan client segment. Melinda is also a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the HR Certification Institute, demonstrating her commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and expertise in the field of retirement planning.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Melinda is a mother of a preteen and is involved in his extracurricular activities. She is also actively involved in the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., a service organization. The focus of her volunteer time is economic development and financial education at the collegiate level. She also enjoys traveling with family and visiting comedy clubs and social event with friends.
