  • Inexperienced CPAs – Glass Jacobson is interested in meeting ambitious CPAs at the beginning of their careers, wanting to reach the highest level of achievement in their profession.  Due to our continued rapid growth, we are able to offer the opportunity of unlimited growth to young CPAs with the desire to rise with us.
     
  • Experienced CPAs – Glass Jacobson offers tremendous opportunities to accountants who have been working for large firms that offer only high demands and low rewards.  By contrast, we allow you to develop your entrepreneurial nature and make partnership opportunities available for those who qualify based on the results they produce.
     
  • Entrepreneurial CPAs – Glass Jacobson offers unique opportunities to CPAs who have launched their own entrepreneurial businesses, and would consider merging with our firm while retaining your equity stake in the practice you have already built.  We understand the demands of having to juggle the multiple tasks of being a small business owner along with the widely varied demands of being a professional CPA.  At Glass Jacobson, we take care of the infrastructure and all of your other needs – leaving you free to serve the clients to the best of your abilities.
